"The staff is always friendly, but I have had a couple of instances of "miscommunication," so I feel things may be a bit disorganized. I recently called to cancel auto and a renter's policies for my elderly mother. The auto cancelation was not processed, and I received an overdue notice for the vehicle, which prompted a callback. At first, they claimed that only the renter's policy was cancelled and not the car, then they were not sure if the renter's policy was actually cancelled or just terminated due to failure to pay. To top things off, they claimed they could only cancel the car back 30 days (I called 40 days ago) and would try and get an exception for this case."
